"The parking lot was mostly clean, the restaurant next door was shut down, and sort of looked permanent. Check-in was smooth and without any issues. I checked in somewhere around 11:30 on a Saturday night. They did have a ballroom full of people and there were two police officers or armed security guards for that. Not sure if it is common practice there. There is no elevator, as mentioned in some other reviews so definitely need to walk stairs. It appears that it used to be some sort of two...

"We stay here every year. Convenient to highways and not far from the airport. We love the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Something for everyone.. The rooms are clean."

"The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious. However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast. The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room. "Parking is easy and good service "

"Breakfast was hot fresh and extensive...many choices! Hot tub was perfect temp and pool was clean. This property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptional!"

"We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time."
