"What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it."

"The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches."

"Structurally building is old, which is evident in room (walls, fixtures, bathroom). Common areas are kept well, and staff is good. Parking is adequate and Tesla supercharger is convenient. For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized."

"I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. "Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...

"The owner/host is so helpful. We met an issue that I did not understand the reason why it happened. We booked a room for 2-nite and Expedia confirmed and sent SMS for that confirmation. 3-4 hrs later, we received a mail with content is the card can't verify, the host will hold the booking within 24 hrs. And 30 mins later, another mail was sent and said that, the booking was canceled by us. Wait wait, at that time, we're driving to the hotel, we could not do anything. We wondered how could we...

"They advertised kitchenette with cooktop. They had cooktop, but nothing to cook with. They only had 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 3 spoons, 2 knives and 1 fork. I thought it was odd to not even have .a coffee maker. Bathroom had two bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth. Not equipped for someone staying a while."

"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
