Lady on desk when I left couldn't have cared less - barely said good bye, No thank you or 'hope you enjoyed your stay'. Hardly looked up from desk!"

"No, no, no and one more time NO. Place looks amazing, yet the service requires much improvement. I wanted to have some sleep, yet guests of the room opposite to mine had a party in their room and hallway. I called reception to come and calm them down, yet I was ignored. Instead of having nice 8 hrs sleep I had 4 hrs and I missed my breakfast. Morning receptionist was very apologetic yet absolutely useless."
