"The hotel was very nice and the lobby amenities were very good. Very nice bar and restaurant. Check in was a disaster. We reserved our room way in advance and when we checked in we discovered that they were placing us in a Residence Inn that was next door. The agent at the desk conveniently did not notice the details of our reservation. Only when we pushed back did we get a manager involved. We made our reservation on August 5, 2025 and we received many follow up e mails right up to our arrival....

"A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated.

My flight was delayed, and I arrived at YOTELAIR at approximately 2:00 a.m. with my exhausted seven-year-old daughter. Despite my late check-in the booking still required check-out at 7:00 a.m., meaning we only had about five hours in the room despite paying EUR 212.
At check-in, I explained the situation and asked whether we could have a two-hour late check-out.
I was told to check again in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., I returned to reception while my daughter...
