"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. "I got it for the pool and once again- Expedia didnt mention that it was extra and part of a spa package that we didnt have time to use. It looked amazing and they had a surfing pool- super awesome to watch. Restaurant was good. Room was odd with the toilet room opposite the rest of the bathroom with no sink so all night I am wandering in thr dark from one end of the room to the other to find the bathroom and then find the sink. They could just add one of those tiny sinks in there to fix the problem. There was no ramp to take your suitcases to the parking lot which was odd. Lots of other great details- just missed a few. "
