"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Gym - water fountain was out of order, gym equipment needed some maintenance/upgrading and had an odur to the gym. Buttons on the stove/fridge handles and light switches needed wiping down. "

"Room was just extremely small, low ceilings, and was very crammed for 2 people. Felt like a walk in closet (corner room - #501) and parking was an additional 30$. Hotel was nice and clean and front desk was friendly but for the price you’d expect a standard size room and complimentary parking."

"Parking is never an issue at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Our most recent stay was disappointing as we had no hot water to shower and when we notified the front desk they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! The gentleman just advised that he would make note of it. Hot water for showering is a necessity for guests. We were extremely disappointed with the way that this was handled. "

"The room was spotless and large. A very well maintained and comfortable hotel. Dining was convenient and delicious. A perfect spot if needing to rest midway through an international layover at terminal 3 at Pearson - super easy to get to after clearing customs."
