Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung

Die Freundlichkeit des Service, auch im Restaurant, ist herausragend. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, auch wenn die Abendruhe auf dem Zimmer durch Partystimmung im Restaurant (Sonderveranstaltung) bis 22:00 Uhr gestört wurde. Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig.

Ausgezeichneter Service, hervorragendes Frühstück mit frisch gebackenem Brot und Brötchen, ruhig gelegen, Skibus direkt vor der Haustür, sehr freundliches Personal - der Chef betreut die Gäste selbst!!! Tolles Hotel mit herausragender Gastfreundschaft.

Eines der besten Hotels seit längerer Zeit. Es sticht hervor durch seine freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Angefangen an der Rezeption, über die Bedienungen im Lokal, bis zu den Mitarbeiten beim Frühstück. Keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit, sondern alles echt. Man lebt hier noch die Gastfreundschaft. Ein Schnaps zur Begrüßung, überall Bücher zum leihen/lesen und tolle Tipps zur Tagesgestaltung. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und möchte gerne mal wiederkommen.

Erinomainen valinta Zillertalin laaksossa

Erinomainen kokemus, hotelli siisti, sujuvassa sijainnissa vaikkei alueella erityisen paljon palveluja olekaan. Äärettömän ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, erittäin hyvä aamiainen, siistit huoneet ja oikein hyvä pienehkö spa/sauna rentoutumiseen esim. laskettelupäivän jälkeen. Bussipysäkki jolta pääsee suoraan laskettelualueille on aivan hotellin edessä. Hotellin alueella on runsaasti maksutonta pysäköintitilaa jos liikkuu autolla. Erinomainen valinta jos haluaa kokea Zillertalin alueen mutta arvostaa rauhallisempaa sijaintia.

Skønt Familiehotel i Zillertal

Fantastisk familiehotel med et utroligt hjælpsomt personale. God rådgivning om vandringsruter og andre aktiviteter i området. Dejlig Restaurent - åbent 7 dage om ugen - med servering ude og inde, med gode lokale retter, godt udvalg og også her et fantastisk personale der tog sig tid til at tale med kunder også når der var travlt. Der er en dejlig Lounge hvor man kan nyde en øl eller et glas vin efter aftensmaden. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen på dette hotel næste gang jeg holder ferie i Zillertal området!

Dejligt hotel med fin restaurant i mindre by

Dejligt hotel i Zillertal dalen i mindre by tæt på det hele. Vi havde dejlig stort værelse med balkon og udsigt til bjergene. Restauranten var meget stor og morgenmaden var helt i top. Vi benyttede også restauranten om aftenen, og både menu og udsigten fra den udendørs teresse var i top. Hotellet ligger desuden tæt på flere bjergbaner og den smukke sø Achensee, som man let kommer til med bil.
