Had a hard time finding a lobby for check in. Another guest helped us and we got someone (non-English speaking) to check us in. Our room on the third floor was modern and clean but small. "It was a nice hotel with smiling and helpful staff. There was very small refrigerator in room but it is very slow about its job. Otherwise everything in room was good and clean including bed comfort. Breakfast was fairly good but could have more options or hot additions. I would recommend this hotel"

"Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Das wusste ich nicht, und kam mit meinem großen Koffer (3 Wochen Reha als Rheumapatientin an). Böse Überraschung! Das Haus ist schön, das Bett wunderbar! Aber: leider war das Zimmer recht kalt (unter dem Dach, draußen -10°). Außerdem braucht die Dusche eine Grundreingiung. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Besonders vielen Dank an die Rezeptionsdame, die meinen Koffer hoch trug! Beim auschecken war keine/r da, also...
