"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Leider konnte ich nicht im Hotel übernachten, da ich eine Auto Panne hatte. Es war nicht möglich, einen etwas geringeren Preis zu bezahlen für die nicht getätigte Übernachtung. Und die Park Gebühr musste ich ebenfalls bezahlen!! Das fand ich nicht so toll! 🤔"

"Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, für die Dauer war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss gelegen. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. "Wir hatten von Sonntag bis Donnerstag eine Junior Suite mit Seeblick gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und bot mehr als ausreichenden Stauraum; auch für unsere Golfausrüstung. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstücksbufett empfanden wir als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Dinner Buffett war gut mit Verbesserungspotential.
