I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. "Everything was excellent at the hotel except the shower water temperature never got beyond tepid and some outlets did not work. I was impressed with the cleanliness and good condition of the hotel itself and found the breakfast quite good. Would stay again but wish the shower were warmer."
