"A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options."

"I’ve been to several 3rd world countries and this place reminded me of all of them. The pictures on the website are, deceptive, and I’m being kind. If you make the same mistake that I made and stay here, bring a bar of soap because they don’t provide one. No, I’m not kidding (that was the answer I got when I called the front desk). "I love the old school Uconn pride vibe of the hotel especially the giant Jonathan the husky as you enter the main door. I love Graduate storrs hotel and I wouldnt want it any other way. ❤️"

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."
