When I arrived to check-in, my reservation was inexistent and between speaking to the property and Expedia, it was very frustrating seeing both of you guilting each other. Also, the carpet in the rooms is DISGUSTING. This is 2025, please get rid of them. "

"This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view. "
