"Although the place is very nice with a beach view, it is not a hotel. Its an apartment on the roof. No hotel service. You take ur luggage by ur self using elevator till the 4 floor then you carry it through stairs to 5 floor"

"La Splendia has a great location with ocean views and access to coastal trail. Staff was friendly but breakfast service slow. The elevator (lift) was broken the whole 3 days we were there. I would definitely stay there again. "
