Search Hotels with Breakfast in Sea Point Promenade

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view. "

"My original reservation was booked through Expedia and, apparently, you two don’t work well together: I choose to pay in full at the property and you guys want a deposit, which wasn’t announced to directly by you or by Expedia. When I arrived to check-in, my reservation was inexistent and between speaking to the property and Expedia, it was very frustrating seeing both of you guilting each other. Also, the carpet in the rooms is DISGUSTING. This is 2025, please get rid of them. "

"Small but very nice hotel with excellent location at Seapoint Area. Arrived early from a flight but they made a room ready for me quickly. Only drawback is that they not serve. Will stay here next trip to Capetown"
