"This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view. "

Shower require you to step very high and it a falling hazard. Large security deposit. Close to a grocery store and the beach. Hot water was good. "

"La Splendia has a great location with ocean views and access to coastal trail. Staff was friendly but breakfast service slow. The elevator (lift) was broken the whole 3 days we were there. I would definitely stay there again. "
