"Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Great location on the end, near the street. Short walk to the beach (0.2 miles). We rented a golf cart and drove it to Seaside every day. I would definitely rent again. Only downside was the abundance of fees associated with a vacation rental. "

"BITTER EXPERIENCE 1. OVERCHARGED: listed as $120 / night for 3 nights = $360, but I was charged on $720!! 100% add on fees is RIDICULOUS. Orbtiz claims I was presented these fees before committing, but it must have been small print on the last screen only. I attempted to recreate the transaction by booking again for EVERY DAY over the next year - NOT POSSIBLE. I immediately reported to Orbitz, as always, repeatedly missed commitments, and never helped. Try to contact Red Awning? GOOD LUCK....
