"The sink and counter had been painted in satin black paint. Why? I can only imagine. Non smoking room reeked and was covered in burn marks. Sheets smelled of bleach. Front office was helpful and kind. I will not stay here in the future."
Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry Collection Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel with a modern interior and exterior. The bar wasn’t loud and didn’t disturb us and was a nice space to have got a night cap. They even had a local winery doing wine tasting in there for free one night.
We didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked great and weren’t ever too busy. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a fridge/coffee machine in room."
"The property was in ill-repair with garbage everywhere. I saw a piece of glass on the bathroom floor when I first entered and picked it up and threw it away. Luckily, I hadn't stepped on it. The television didn't work and took almost two hours and 3 trips to the office to get it working. Electrical outlets weren't working so it took time to make coffee in the morning, plus the sink was difficult to get the water flowing.. The surface of the table between the two beds was sticky so I placed a plastic bag that I had with me over it before placing anything on it. Terrible experience!"
"We requested a king with a sofa and got a 2 Queen handicap accessible room. The water from the shower would only flow from mid level so I took a kid shower and had to stoop.
It’s a very nice and clean hotel so I would recommend others confirm you are getting the right room. We checked in after midnight so we were too tired to complain after entering our room. I got the feeling the staff was annoyed at our late check in, our SFO flight arrival delayed us 5 hrs so this was unavoidable !"
"Hotel is pretty good. Very clean, front desk person was very nice and helpful. Perfect location. Breakfast was terrible. It's killer for diabetics. Too much sweet. Breakfast was included but looks like cheating because when you see this breakfast you have just one option to order restaurant's food that very expensive."
"Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Everyone I met was friendly and willing to answer any question I might have. They offer a good breakfast with real scrambled eggs, waffles and many other items. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were a plus to have. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area."
