"The location wasn't bad at all, it was the front desk staff that did not take my complaint seriously when I told them of prior water damage in my room and advised them of the poor condition and that the room should not be rented out. Not only did they not switch out my room the front staff continued to charge me full price for my room. "The shuttle schedule is erratic. You have to call upon arrival at the airport and get service only if the hotel staff answer the phone. I ended up taking a $44 taxi for the 5 minute ride from the airport. Toronto on the whole rips off tourists. "

"We only stayed overnight, however the whole experience was great and accommodating. The reception desk staff very friendly, lovely restaurant server (cannot recall her name but she was super sweet and provided top-notch service).
