Loved the excellent and easy communication with the owner. The unit was clean, cozy, and the location was nice. Efficient check in process with a greeter. Only recommendation would be a softer bed/mattress. Other than that, great stay!

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed, very convenient for walking and exploring downtown Seattle. Quite and safety are most important. Will definitely look for this property next time I’m in Seattle.

Excellent communication throughout our entire stay. The host is very professional & attentive. Place was cozy & clean, pleasant & at a short distance to pikes place market. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is we had issues with the hot water so had to take cold showers a few times .

I like that is a safe location with many options to go out for dinner and drinks, I didn’t like that we couldn’t make coffee because there were no filters, but it wasn’t a big deal

Great location, quiet, and free parking

We had a very nice stay at Belltown Perch. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a nice balcony on the upper floor with a view of the sound, and a courtyard garden as well. We liked the location, being able to walk to Pike Place Market and Seattle Center, and many restaurants in between. The included free parking was a perk for us, although be aware the spots are very tight and parking takes some effort and skill, we were driving a rented Chevrolet Traverse. The building was secure, and communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Great 7th floor roof top viewing area! We only got one fob and that made it complicated to split up when we left the building. Room was spacious, clean and had everything you would need.

Rough intro but excellent apartment space.

I was greeted at the unit as scheduled. As it turned out there was no paper manual available and the internet didn't show as available...Fortunately the greeter connected me with a remote service person who worked on the problem for a few hours and was able to guide me to a wireless server that functioned! From there on everything worked as advertised and I enjoyed the lovely intown apartment.

Super walkable location right near Pike's Place market and the waterfront. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Host was great with communication, the property was really spacious and in excellent condition.
Beautiful view of the water from the balcony.
Hot tub well maintained and overlooking a beautiful courtyard.

Apartment was clean and as described. We didn’t have any issue with outside noise as others mentioned - my 2 year old and 4 year old slept great while we were there. Pool and sauna were great- only suggestion would be some extra towels for the pool. We had to wash towels so we could use them for bathing after the pool. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed!

Very noisy

Window next to bed cannot properly close. Road noise so bad that owner leaves ear plugs out! Check-in procedure very cumbersome. Several pics to be sent the morning of check-in (when most guests will be at an airport struggling with flights and taxis. Exact time of check-in to be arranged with person taking you into apartment (close to impossible with traffic etc). Will not use again.

Wonderful - if available, book it!!!

Belltown Perch exceeded my expectations! The location is less than a 15 minute walk north to the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum or south to Pikes Place Market. On the same block there are several restaurants, Macrina Bakery, and a small market. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Vince, the host, was marvelous and very attentive. We had our check-in details in advance and he sent messages to make sure all was well or if we had any questions. Vince even sent a mini-guide for the area prior to our arrival so we would be well informed. Our friends booked his other apartment, Belltown Flower Moon, and were equally a delighted. Also, the property includes a fitness center, indoor pool, and private garden.

The building and the apartment are very nice. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and everything is very clean. My kids’ and my issue was the downstairs neighbor, who banged on the wall any time my daughter would move. She does have more spring in her step, but it was not excessive noise—and I harped on her so much, we all started whistle ring and tip-toeing! It made us very anxious and compromised what would have been a very enjoyable stay. When I contacted the owner, it didn’t not seem like there had been this issue or that they had much of a connection. I am in disbelief that we could be the first guests to have received this aggressive reaction. I can’t imagine if my heavier-footed partner or a toddler had been there!
