The staff was tremendously friendly. The free 24 hour service airport shuttle was a plus! This hotel also was included in the list of Seattle Express cruise shuttle so it was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay both before and after the cruise.

Overall a great experience there, the staff were super friendly and polite. While the place felt a bit on the older side, we were only staying a night as part of our road trip. Amenities were good considering the price and competition in the area. They could use a few updates to the rooms, but location was key for us and an easy ride to the airport.

the hotel was close to airport and the shuttle arrived on time. the staff was friendly but the walls are extremely thin and had to listen to arguing and loud tv till 3am even after had having told the night desk person

The room was ok, it is construction across the road and it very noisy Shuttle from hotel took 50 minutes to arrive at airport after the call. Shuttles from different hotels did 3-4 rounds during that time
