"The key card did not work. Staff had to let me into my room with the physical key in the door lock. The next day they had a maintenance person change the battery for it to work.
I always check cleanliness when I enter a hotel room by wiping surfaces with a white tissue and see if the tissue comes out dirty. It came out dirty. "
