"We enjoyed the property and facilities but had to check out after 2 days because the water was shut off by the municipality. This was no fault of the property management and they actually prepared for the situation by filling the bath tub with water. This however did not work for us because it was inconvenient to shower , wash and flush the toilet among other things with the same standing water. Staff were helpful, friendly and very accommodating."

"After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague"

"Absolute nightmare & to be avoided at all cost. Nobody checked us in to show us the apartment & reception refused responsibility cos it’s privately owned. When contacted owners were not helpful & at times ignored my calls. Rooms not cleaned,no change of bedsheets & towels throughout my stay.room tv’s not working, broken remote controls,owners/agents extremely rude when contacted. Pse pse remove this from your list"

"The unit was very nice and fully equiped with everything that you may need. The only downfall and a very minor one is that they don't provide shampoo."
