"On arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly, her direction about where the rooms were was very poor and despite going back to her, she did not bother to physically move to support. This is after she asked if it was the first time for us to stay in the hotel. I did not feel that it was necessary to pay £100 deposit for our stay. "Loved our stay here, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to an issue, so we had to walk into park lane for food. Will return x"

Hairs on the floor ie blonde im dark haired very Noisy , loose toilet seat. & toilet holder which moved everytime you tried to take toilet roll off, shower started spraying out water at 1.15am in the morning Sticky table,My handbag stuck to it, ripped chair in the room aswell Room 305 Would i stay again NO Plus when you get to the hotel you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room thats after you have paid for the room"
