"We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. "After a week at a villa near the local beach, we just spent 2 unexpected extra nights at the Hotel Groticelli (due to cancelled flights home) and we all agreed it's a great place to stay, with amazing views, warm and helpful staff (receptionist helpfully speaks English), plenty to choose from at breakfast, and easy to access. The place is gorgeous, clean and so inviting. It is a block away feom town square and restaurants. Kalife Vancanze is so charming. Highly Recommend!
