"My hotel room was pretty clean and very spacious for our extended stay as we transitioned to a new apartment after moving from a different state. The hotel was mostly clean, except in the hotel room the floor themselves were disgusting and turned ours and our babies feet black.
Housekeeping only comes every two weeks, which to me seems like they should come once a week to do a sweep and refresh at least.
Staff was hard to catch sometimes, but when you did catch them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the option to check in & check out on the kiosk for the busier times of the day to help with the congestion of the lobby.
Laundry room came in handy, just the app was a pain in the behind sometimes to get it to work, it was also a little pricer than I would’ve liked.
Plenty of parking, might not be front row, but for sure enough to accommodate. The weekends get busy, so you do have a longer wait time for the elevator, because there is only one. If you want something DoorDashed or delivered they have to leave it at the front desk, so be prepared to go get it.
I like the safety and security of knowing you can’t enter the hotel beyond the lobby without being a registered and checked in guest. I also like that they list every guest in every room, not just the person who made the reservation. I never felt unsafe there.
I would stay there again if I needed to stay for an extended amount of time. Short stays I will stay somewhere with a pool!"
