Very close to the beach is the best feature in my opinion, basic accommodation, internet router and ac in your room. Refrigerator, TV with minimal channels but my time there would be to get beach and water time. The road to the property is rough and in dry season and could be difficult in wet season but I wouldn't plan a trip to the the beach in rainy season
