"I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything easier during my stay. "The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. "
