"Tolles Zimmer, fantastischer Ausblick. Super Lage zu Fuß und mit der Straßenbahn. Bei unserem Besuch waren viele Kids dort, die in der Lobby schon recht laut umhergetobt haben. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Bar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kellner im Anzug eher unfreundlich unachtsam und kann mit Kritik nicht gut umgehen. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles We. Wir kommen wieder und lassen uns die Laune nicht vermiesen."

Das feuchte Handtuch von gestern wurde mir genauso feucht, ordentlich zusammengelegt auf der Toilette präsentiert. Der Klopapierrollrenhalter ist lose, es gibt Schwarzschimmel hinter der Tür und keine Heizung im Bad, woraus dieser wohl bedingt ist. "Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely. "

"Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Frühstück. Für den Preis tolles Frühstück. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gefrühstückt, es gab Chai Latte und einige Kaffeespezialitäten, Joghurtauswahl, Aufstriche, Säfte und frische Mini Pancakes, einige Bio Artikel. Parkplatz mit Zugang zum Hotel für 15€/Tag."
