"We loved this hotel, my husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter. It is right in the mix of Seminyak, but also secluded enough for peace and quiet. The ocean view is unobstructed out front. Bc there are alot of restaurants and vendors walking down the beach path. Rooms are beautiful and staff were amazing! Loved the eclectic decor. Food was great at restaurants and the pool."

"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed."
