Our stay was overall pretty good, the room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. My only issues were that the water in the shower wouldnt stay at one temperature, you could hear noise from the hallway and although they stated that breakfast was from 7-10am - we went one morning around 7.20 and it wasnt ready yet. But pretty minor issues. Overall happy with our accommodation and would stay again.

Thin walls, excessive noise from neighboring rooms, even in normal conversation volume. 5 sleepless nights, only last night was slightly quieter. Called reception twice, security activated twice, still futile. Room change didn't help. Towels were dirty, black, and had bloodstains. Afternoons were quietest as guests were out. Location is good, but soundproofing claims were false. Massage services were skilled, though.

One night stay

Jut stayed for one night. Lobby entrance is around the side of the building with the restaurant taking front and center of the building so was a bit misleading initially but found it easily after that. Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Conveniently located in Seminyak with a supermarket next door for your needs and cafes/restaurants within walking distance as well. Didnt get to use the facilities like the pool but gym looked small but with decent equipment including barbells etc.

My partner and I had to last minute book this accommodations due to our other accommodation being terrible, The staff were amazing they provided us with comfort and support. The room is large with a huge bed! Everything was clean. We arrived and our ac wasn’t working, it was fixed within 10 minutes. The upstairs sky bar is great the pool so clean and bar service was great! They also provide a shuttle to the airport for a low charge! We will definitely be coming back on our next stay

One of the most solid sub $50 hotels near the beac

This hotel seems to be one of the better ones for the price. They have an underappreciated roof bar, friendly bartenders and a clean pool. The front desk attendants were also very nice. The gym is really exceptional (for a hotel). The room is for clean but a little bit in need of maintenamce. The a/a just barely kept the room comfortable but the doors to the outside allow a lot of warm air through so keep the windows blinds shut. Great location. Oh, the business center is a joke. You can't have a conversation in it because of the echo.

The staff was exceptional! They were ready to assist with anything big or small, from warming your food to scheduling excursions and or transport. Breakfast was a great selection of rice, pasta, cereal, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. If your a vegetarian don't fret you'll be fine. This property is very environmentally friendly as you need your key for the electricity and when you leave everything shuts off. The pool hosts karaoke, so it’s a great way to meet other travelers or create memories with the people you’re on holiday with. It’s a great stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. For instance, for a 10-minute walk, you will have 15 food options, 5 spas, street vendors, and more. All in all, the staff will ensure your stay is excellent!

Only good thing about it is the location. Rooms.. towels and bedding are dirty. Water dripping from the roof, shower doesn’t drain, walls aren’t sound proof. Only 1 tv channel in English, and no streaming apps The gym.. oh god it’s embarrassing to even call that a gym. ‘Buffet breakfast’.. don’t even bother.

Convenient location, very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and large. However, sound proofing on ground floor was horrible - conversations outside (by the pool area) were very clearly audible within the room, many of which would happen whilst we were trying to sleep (e.g. 11 pm and 4:30 am). Additionally the wifi was non-existent; there was a wifi network, but we never got service from in the multiple days we were there despite our best efforts. Solid 7/10.

The chefs food was AMAZING, the private villas were not located at the hotel and not on Google maps which made it extreamly hard for pick ups or delivery’s.
