Hotel Chrome Montreal
"到着後すぐに確認したところ、ランプが一つ点かない状態だった。また、シャワーのお湯が出ない状態だった。フロントに伝えたところ、翌日にならないと対応できないと言われた。交渉を続けて最終的に部屋を変えてもらったが疲れた。なお、施設は古く雰囲気は良くない。かろうじてベッドは清潔感があったが、バスタブはお湯をためる気にはならないレベル。学生の節約旅行にはよいかもしれないが家族連れにはおススメはしない。"

"The staff were fantastic and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until the morning we left. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely stay here on our return visit to Montreal."

"We enjoyed our stay with our family of 4 (two adults and 2 little boys). The accommodations were perfect for our 4 nights. We were able to easily explore the city during the day and enjoy our accommodations in the evening. Our boys loved the heated pool, and we really enjoyed having the kitchenette ..."
