Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.

Great escape and cosy to spend for summer vacations. Private Pool which sets in the room were so nice, even elderly people like our mother could enjoyed it. And kids too. Hotel staff were so neat and friendly. What I like about is this hotel has self wash/dryer facilities. That was so helpful.

The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. Check-in process was not smooth for us, we waited for 5-10 minutes until someone help us, I think it could be better welcoming. There was no room upgrade as Expedia VIP or saying congratulation for our special day that I mentioned in booking. We could borrow the charger for our phones which was helpful. They refill water/coffee capsule which was good. The staffs were friendly overall. Quiet, peaceful and clean property. Location is nice. Recommend for family trip or couple.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

This hotel is supposed to be 5 star hotel. But the condition of the suite we stayed did not feel like it was. The stairs going down to the main living area including two of the bedrooms are dangerous, no railings, and inconvenient to drag luggage up and down the stairs. The bathroom door was facing the bed, there was mold smell coming from the bathroom so we had to close the door when we were sleeping, the door makes loud noise. The second bedroom light didn’t work, asked front desk, and they said they purposely keep it off?? No reason given. My husband did not feel good so I asked if there is any delivery food available and the front desk said not sure, let them know if I find anything?? The staff who drive the property drives very aggressively, many times I have seen… I have told there won’t be any notice problems but the last day we stayed, there was a kid jumping all over the place. The location is far from stores, restaurants and any public transportation. The options of the restaurants are very limited. The way to drive to the hotel is very dark so need to be really careful especially at night. We would not stay here next time, for the price we paid, I think we could have had a lot better service from the staff and a better condition place.

The manager was amazing and gave us our upgrade and bonus to use in the restaurant. I had a young family above me jumping and screaming but other than that a lovely stay.
