The property was really nice. I liked that there was a casino and shopping center right at the property. I didn’t like that you had to pay to access the pool and that breakfast wasn’t included.

Decent stay

Nice stay with firework at night. Choices of food around the mall. With plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Free tickets to the theme park.

The staffs seemed lacking, check in was a long wait,only had 2 staffs available, and there were a big group of people checking in. I guess i was expecting more from a 5star hotel. I also didn't know that i have to pay separate for pool, i thought the packages was for the waterpark, they do offer discount for guests, but i wish this was included. The room we had seemed to need updating, floors were clean but visible scratches etc. Towels and slippers were also a bit on thinner side. I liked that the theme park, restaurants and stores are just there, very convenient.

Good location, close to theme park and food junctions. However, hotel service need to be upgraded, the staff still knock the door in middle of night despite ‘do not disturb’ sign is on. Pool entrance is also cost extra, 35k won per adult!

I checked in this hotel at the end of the year, there was amazing music festival with countdown! It was great experience, and the amusement park was also really cool!! I recommend any of you for this wonderful service and facilities. But it would be better if the parking lot exists under the basement.

Excellent location,

The resort is beautifully located among 3 other hotels. It’s very convenient, and have many facilities. Overall it was a great stay but few things can be better - overall the rooms are not very well maintained - when we arrived drawers were not cleaned, same goes for under the bed etc - 1 day housekeeping did not clean the room properly, just put things back into the place, without mopping the floor etc - restaurant at Landing does not so all carte dinner and only does buffet at 139k KRW per person which is a bit expensive as one doesn’t feel eat a lot during dinner

Great for a relaxing family vacation.

This is a great choice if you want to relax in a resort style setting and not go anywhere. You have a water park, amusement park, restaurants, shopping, pool, kid play center and activities, etc. all within a 5-10 minute walk and you never leave the property.

Convenient hotel, bus stop within walking distance. There’s a number of restaurants within the hotel. Kids friendly hotel, there’s a theme park with free entrance fee and free rides for hotel guests. Quite surprise that indoor pool is payable with the outdoor pool closed during winter.

The hotel is huge and the size of the room was ok. However, only cons is that the option with breakfast was doubling the price so no options to have proper breakfast, unless paying in the surrounding restaurants or buying in the GS25 convenience store. Service doesn't speak English. Reception desks personnel English quite limited.
