Not a place I would stay again
The room had 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and I am not sure why. One bathroom had only one dim light, the other one had better light but the mirror was angeled down so I had to squat down to see myself. It had 2 coffee makers and a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. No iron or iron board in the room, when I called the front desk they said a guest took the iron board home. One iron board for the entire property? Three pools and not one of them had water and it is mid June. The closet is very, very small and had 2 hangers in it. We had a room with a whirlpool which took 2 hours to fill half full and the jet's did not work. The breakfast was cold, mostly Korean fare and the waitress could not let go of her phone, I asked her for coffee and she served me a lukewarm brew. Nobody was ever at the front desk and when we checked out I had to go in the cafe and the cook checked me out. I expected more for that price and that rating! Very disapointing!
