- location: very convenient in the old city quarter, within walking distance to many attractions. 5 minute walk to airport bus and 10 mins walk to underground station (and i am 60 yrs old!) - staff: extremely polite and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk (sorry i forgot her name) -cleanliness: the rooms are clean and bed are very comfortable (we like firm mattresses). Certain areas in the bathroom would have been much better if the old grout lines were re-grouted instead of white paint. Overall, we were happy to stay here and most likely will stay here again if we have a chance to comeback to visit Seoul.

What a germ! A pleasant stay

The entire stay was very comfortable and convenient. Staffs were professional and kind, and the hot breakfast was a real plus! I will definitely come back to this clean, modern, and cozy hotel.

Very small and simple room and hotel. Concrete floors and walls. Cool AC and very close to palaces and lots to see. Very kind and helpful staff with good english. Nice american type breakfast. Bathroom and shower a bit old and tiles not super clean but just wore shower shoes anyways. Wanted to rent bikes but it rained on and off that day. Across street from airport bus pick up and drop off!

경치가 좋네요.

창덕궁과 돈화문 국악당 뷰가 매우 좋고 인사동, 광화문, 종묘, 경복궁 등 주요관광지왕디 인접성이 좋습니다. 다만 청결도가 조금 떨어지네요. 침대 밑에 먼지더미가 쌓여있고 방안에 먼지가 풀풀 날렸어요. 그것만 빼면 침대도 푹신하고 조식도 제공되고 하루 머물기에 나쁘지 않았습니다.

청소가 잘 안되있는건 확실하네요 어지간하면 좀하시는게 좋을듯한데ᆢ 침대에 누워있으면 잔기침이 나옴 큰 먼지들이 날아다님~~~ 이것 외에는 전반적인 분위기는 좋은편 루프탑 이용되는줄 알았는데 지금은 영업안하며 구경은 가능함ᆢ 다만 밤에만 올라가시길ᆢ 사용하지 않는곳이 되어버려서 인지 관리가 안되있는 관계로~~~ 밤에는 예쁨 재 방문은 별로~~~

배수가 안되고 방음 역시 안됩니다.

2층이었는데 화장실 배수가 끔찍할 정도로 안됩니다. 물이 안내려가서 중간중간 쉬면서 샤워했어요. 직접 배수구 쪽으로 물을 끌어서 빠지게 해야했고요. 게다가 방음이 어마무시하게 안됩니다. 옆 방도 아니고 옆옆옆옆방에서 미친듯이 떠들고 노는게 다들려서 잠을 못잤어요. 복도며 5층 흡연실이며 들락날락하며 시끄럽게 굴었던 당일 숙박객들이 문제였긴 한데 참다가 빡쳐서 직접 조용히하라고 말했습니다. 새벽내내 그정도로 복도와 전층을 오가며 시끄럽게 구는 숙박객은 관리가 필요할 것 같다고 봐요.. 위치와 풍경은 좋았습니다. 조식은 못먹고 나가서 모르겠네요.

Basic but great value. Tried the breakfast once, it looked nice and was generous but tasted pretty nasty. Still worth it. With the window open the room was noisy. The chairs and table in the room were very uncomfortable, but the bedding and shower were really good.

This hotel has a great, central location, and that alone is worth it. The area just a bit west and south (5 minute walk) in the alleyways of the block is trendy and quite fun, but you're also very close to the wonderful Arario in Space art gallery (awesome coffee shop on ground floor and sweets on 2nd floor, fine dining above that), larger palaces and Gwangjang Market. The breakfast -- a sunny side up egg, a slice of toast, half a hot-dog-size sausage, a small piece of bacon, a small side salad, and either a few french fries or a potato soup -- was a fine start to the day, but nothing compared to the amazing food in the city. There were makeup and waste smudges all over the walls of our room and the design of the room was odd but nothing too inconvenient. Staff was pleasant and common areas are quite nice.
