This hotel was truly, as the name states, a mid hotel. Most of the staff were great but we did have some not so great experiences with one who seemed she did not want to be there or help us with anything. Our room has sub-par AC (and Seoul was HOT) and some of the things in the bathroom were iffy (rust on blinds, towel rack threatening to fall off, cracks in the tile seals) They portray themselves as a luxury hotel and while it was nice, for the price we expected more. The one thing this hotel wins all the prizes for is the location though. The area its in is full of life at night and its close to many bus and train stations making getting around super easy.
