It’s located nearby the Jamsil station and easy to find foods. Really convenient. But there’s some bloodstain on the pillow, and a lil bit bad smell in the room. Also the bathroom door was broken. Neither we couldn’t find the hostel manager when we need helps. But the single room was big! I really like it!

후기를 보고 반신반의 했는데 다른 후기 대부분이 사실입니다. 청결은 그럭저럭 그렇다치고, 이번 강추위에 난방이 안되는 방에서 3일 지내고 나니 너무 열받더군요. 프런트에 직원도 없고 전화해고 곧 온다고 하고 다시 전화할때까지 안오고, 공용시설 난방은 잘되는걸 보면 분명 방은 고장이 났거나 난방을 하지 않은건데 직원 불러 확인시켜도 난방 틀어놨다는 말만 되풀이하고.. 이건 뭐 조금 저렴하게 숙박하려다 열만 받고 왔습니다. 게스트하우스는 좋게 표현한거고 여인숙 수준에 난방 안되는 숙소 그이상 이하도 아닌.. 다시는 기억하고 싶지 않고 절대 이용하지 마세요.

체크인 당시 프런트에 직원이 없어 잔화를 했는데 20분이 지나도 나타나지 않았습니다. 난방도 제대로 안되는거 같아 직원에게 얘기했는데 난방이 된다고 하는데 이불3개 덮고 겨우 잠들었습니다. 난방문제때문에 직원에게 전화해도 최소 3번이상 전화해야 만날수 있고 난방에 문제가 없다는 얘기만 들었습니다. 이 겨울에 난방도 제대로 되지 않는 숙소를 이용할수 밖에 앖어 너무 화가 났지만 이미 예약을 해서 어쩔수 없이 이용했는데, 다른 분들은 절대 이용하지 마세요.

최악의 게스트하우스

친구를 서울로 초대했는데 제가 갑자기 일이 생겨서 친구 하룻밤 자라고 장어게스트하우스 예약을 했는데 tv도 안되고 난방도 안되고 시트도 더럽고 변기도 더럽고... 최악이네요....

There was no one at the front, with a note of phone number to call. As a foreigner traveler who does not have a cell phone that works in South Korea, I had to ask for a help to a staff at a shop downstairs.

チェックインは時間内に

24時間対応フロントデスクがあるとの記載があったのですが、時間外は無人のようです。 先に荷物を預けたかったので昼の12時ごろに訪れましたが無人でした。不在時は電話して下さいと電話番号が書いてある貼り紙がありましたが、電話をかけても一向に取ってもらえず、30分ほど待ちましたが諦めて立ち去りました。 23時前に再び訪れた時も無人でした。再び電話をかけると今度は電話が繋がり、予約した名前を伝えると部屋の番号を教えて貰え、泊まることが出来ました。部屋の鍵は部屋の中に置いてありました。 ただ、チェックインをちゃんと出来なかったせいか、wifiは利用できませんでした。

Clean room with poor check-in arrangement

Location is excellent because it is near to the subway station; however, I checked in around 7 pm, and the arrangement was quite unclear. It made me spend much time to check in. The other part was quite good.

周りはホテル街か、歓楽街のようなところ、

１階の飲食店の自社ビルの３・４階をゲストルームにしているらしいが、受付に人が居ないので、電話番号が分かって連絡が付かなければ、見つからない可能性もあるような所だし、行きついても連絡が取れなければ、どこに、誰に聞くのかも分からない。

場所がわかりにくい

地図を見ながら近くをぐるぐるぐるぐる何度も回りましたがどこなのかわからず、電話したところ英語はわからないと言われ、途方にくれました。 その後折りかえしかけてくれ、わかりやすい場所としてBMWと伝えたところ、わざわざ迎えに来てくれ、大変助かりました。 外観に看板もないようなビルでした。(よく見るとドアにうなぎのマークが) そして、宿に着いたところ、部屋番号を教えてくれたらさっさといなくなってしまいました(笑)あれ、鍵は…？ 内側からロックはできますが、鍵穴にさす鍵がありません。部屋の中にも。 19時だったからもう出かけないと思ったのでしょうか。 夜予定があって荷物を置きに来たのに…結局荷物をまた全て持ってでかけました。笑 また電話すれば良かったんだろうけど、韓国語わからないし、迎えに来てもらったの感謝してるんでもういいかなって。 フロアの入り口、暗証番号打ち込む感じになってて、これがチェックイン期限の22時過ぎてロックされたらどうしようって思ったけど、23時頃帰ってきたら案の定フロアもロックされてませんでした。 Wifiが使えるのはいいと思いましたが、セキュリティが… 近くはモーテルがたくさんあり、あまりうろうろしたくないところなので、韓国語が話せない人にはおすすめしません。

check in 負責人根本不在那裡 留下韓國手機 我還打電話給他 電話費直接先暴增了 兩人房但是空間超小 連一個28吋行李箱都沒辦法在地上攤開 只能開門在門外攤開裝東西 而且一進去就看到很多蟲蟲 床上 浴室

フロントが24時間いない

現地で電話が使えないとフロントの人を呼び出せない。海外からの旅行者には完全に不向き。フロント内にある電話を拝借して電話をかけてようやく入室できた。タオルの交換や室内清掃はなし。チェックアウトは鍵をフロントの机に無造作に置くだけ。

シングルは狭いです

部屋は綺麗ですがトイレ、シャワーのスペースがとにかく狭いです。ダブルをお勧めします。 4Fのドアに電話番号がありますので着いたら電話します。(なかなか出ないかも) 1Fの食堂が同じオーナーということなのでそこに直接行く事も可能かもです。

올림픽홀에서 버스로 매우 가까운 거리에 있습니다.

올리픽홀과 잠실역에 매우 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 히터가 없어 보일러가 주인장에 의해 가동될 때까지 조금 추웠습니다. 화장실이 유리로 되어있습니다. 화장실 문이 잠기지 않아 조금 불편했습니다.

이용 후기

인근에 올림픽공원, 하우스 주변 식당, 주점 등 접근성 상 하우스 자체 청결도는 중 서비스 만족도 중 - 조식 제공으로 되어 있고, 스탭도 아침 식빵과 컵라면 제공된다고 하던데 09:00 좀 못 되어서 가보니 전혀 없음. (다른 리뷰에도 있어 크게 기대는 안 했지만, 전혀 구비된 게 없으니 좀 더 씁슬) 전체적으로 가격 대비로는 하루 묵기에 나쁘지 않은 곳인 듯.

생에 가장끔찍한 호텔

숙소에 들어갔을때 가장 먼저 보인건 침대 시트에 누구건지모를 음모들 이었습니다. 심지어 이불을 걷고 보니 오줌자국도 있더군요. 너무 어이없어 사진까지 다 찍었습니다. 이때문에 이불을 뺴서 바닥에서 자는데 너무 춥더군요 그날 서울 온도가 2도 였습니다. 11시경부터 너무 추워 못버틸거 같아 직원분께 연락을 드리니 난방을 켜주신다고 하였습니다 하지만 새벽 2시가 되도록 너무 추워 덜덜떨며 입고온 옷 겨울외투를 입고 누워있으려니 너무 서럽더군요. 오셔서 제방 온도 상태를 좀봐 달라했더니 네 가겠습니다 하고 한시간 동안안오셔 다시 전화하니 그떄오셨습니다. 온도보시더니 본인은 난방을 켰다 어쩌길바라냐 환불을 해드릴까요 하시는데 제가 11시부터 연락을 드렸음에도 불구하고 2시쯤 오셨으면서 환불을 어찌하나요. 역에서 자라는것도 아니고. 그래서 말씀드리니 그제서야 온돌을 켜주셔서 4시쯤 겨우 잠들었습니다. 저는 안타깝게 이박 예정이어서 다음날 환불부탁드리며 다른 숙소를 예약했더니 일박후 환불은 규정상 없다며 환불을 해주시지도않더군요. 이튿날 잘땐 10시에 온돌 켜주시면 안되냐고 연락드렸더니 제 연락처를 차단한건지 연락도 안돼서 새벽 2시정도까지 바닥에서 벌벌떨다 근처 카페가서 앉아서 잤습니다. 심지어 제가 잔방은 싱글룸인데 불법건축인지 다른 방과 문도 다르고 소화전같은 모양의 작은 문이더군요.이또한 사진으로 남겼습니다. 구청에 신고하기 위함입니다. 이런 숙소를 운영하는건 소비자를기만하는 것으로 보입니다.
