広蔵市場が近くと鍾路3街へも徒歩圏内でアクセスがいいです。ホテルは家族4人でジュニアスイートの部屋を利用しました。設備は普通ですが部屋が広いのが良かったです。 人気ドーナツのクァベギィも近く、その向かいにあるトースト屋台もおすすめです。 常駐してるかは分かりませんが、日本語を話せるスタッフもいてチェックインもスムーズでした。次回に韓国行っても利用したいと思うホテルでした。

Room was always nice and cool, the area surrounding is very convenient and nice, walkable to nice areas, less than a 10-20 minute walk from two different palaces and the food mart nearby is a life saver and such a fun place to eat.

The hotel was nice. The room is very cozy and clean. Starbucks outside the hotel. Location of hotel is very convenient with everything. Gwangjang market is literally across the street. Convenience store around the hotel. Will stay here again.

広蔵市場へのアクセスが最高でした 角を曲がって道路を渡ればすぐに市場だったので、本当に便利でした 女性のフロントの方が日本語が上手で安心感がありました 次回、また市場に行くなら利用したいです

シャワーブースしかなく、観光で歩き疲れたあと湯船につかれないのが残念でしたが、部屋は広くてゆったりです。ホテルの方は日本語が出来て親切でした。駅から近いので夜遅い時間でも安心でした。

以前から何度も利用しており、時には厳しいクレームを言わせていただいたこともありますが、ここ数年はフロントのイさんのおかげで、このホテルに泊まるのが楽しみになっています。流暢な日本語と気品ある振る舞い、ゲストに寄り添った優しくて親切な対応は本当に素晴らしいです。今回は、もう一人の「イさん」にも初めてお会いしましたが、彼女も日本語が流暢で優しい方でした。また次回のソウル旅行の時もこちらのホテルに滞在したいと思います。

チェックインや、周辺の地理を尋ねた時のフロントスタッフの方がとても丁寧に教えてくれました。地下鉄の駅が選べるし仁川空港からのバス停も歩いて近かったです。カンジャンシジャンも歩いて行けたし明るい通り沿いなので夜も大丈夫でした。
