商務住宿還可以

房間滿小的，乾淨度對男生來講還可以. 商務住宿幾天的話還可以接受，位置是最大的優點，如果想要省錢旅行，這個地方是還算OK的選擇.

明洞のど真ん中にある便利なホテル

部屋はとても狭いです。泊まるだけなら充分ですが、テーブルがないので部屋でご飯を食べるのにちょっと困りました。下水の匂いが気になるという口コミがありましたが、私が泊まったときは芳香剤が置いてあり大丈夫でした。フロントスタッフは日本語が上手でとても親切でした。 ホテルの目の前にIssacトーストがあり、平日はとても空いていました。明洞のど真ん中なのでうるさいかなと心配していましたが、全然大丈夫でした。値段が安ければまた泊まりたいです。

リッチ最高！

前に来たときに利用していたサウナが近くにあり、場所もよくてサイコーでした。 ただ、エレベーターまでの7段ぐらいの階段は、スーツケースを持って上がるのにひーひー言いました！

アクセスはよい

4人で泊まれる部屋だったので楽しい旅になりました。バスタオルの常備がないので体をふくのに困りました。お泊り予定の方はバスタオル持参してください。部屋は広くはないです。ただ、ホテルの方々はとても優しいです。

明洞街中で便利だけど、部屋のランクは低い

ロケーションは良いが、わかりにくいビルの4階。 部屋の床が穴が空いていたり、床がふわふわで気持ち悪かった。 エアコンが効きにくく3月なので寒かった。 シャワーの水圧は良く、トイレはまだ綺麗。 ベッドも硬く快適とは程遠い。 スタッフの対応はまあまあ良い方。 値段が安く立地が便利だったことだけは良かったと思う。 次回は利用しませんが…

明洞の中心にある

ホテルの方が優しく、困ったことなどあったら親切に説明して下さいました！ 部屋は狭いですが、寝るだけなどで使うには全然大丈夫でした！ 明洞の中心地にあるので、夜遅くまで明洞で遊べます！ 値段もリーズナブルだったので、また使いたいと思います！

カプセルホテル並みの値段であのクォリティで簡単な朝食も無料！エアコンの暖房の効きがいまいちでしたが、電気ホットシーツのおかげで快適に眠れました。

Location, Price and Convenient

This place is strategically located in the heart of Myeongdong street market. The actual location that is slightly off the crowded Myeongdong street market is a plus where you can have a peaceful night. The price is really reasonable looking at the facilities of the room. Breakfast is provided but only cereal and bread. Please bring your own food and use the microwave. However, I suggest only one person for each room because it is really small. Not convenient for a family to stay in the double room unless you take the corner room.

シャワーブースから水漏れ

今回は8泊でしたのでコスパの良さを優先しました 明洞の中心部に位置しているので非常に便利な点と無料Wifiが確実につながった点は良かったですが ホテルの入口が非常にわかりにくい上に一階のエレベーターまで5段以上ある階段を重いスーツケースを持って昇降しなければならない点は減点ですスタッフさんは人によって対応に差がありました 私が滞在中 日本語が堪能なスタッフはいませんでした さらにシャワーブースに面した壁の下部から水漏れして 水溜まりができ 置いていた荷物がびしょびしょになりました お部屋のチェンジを依頼しましたが満室で無理とのことでした 寒い時期なのでシャワーよりサウナ利用の方が良いと思いあきらめて最終日まで同じ部屋に宿泊しましたが 他のお部屋はどうなのでしょうかね？

Great location.......that’s about all.

After searching in the Myeongdong area for a nice hotel, we decided on Kpop Residence after looking at the VERY misleading pictures. First of all, the room was about the same temperature as outside when we arrived (in the mid 20’s). The bathroom had a window to the outside, which felt even colder because of the tiling. There was a heater lamp above the toilet to warm up the “unloading experience”. The bed was small and hard. The A/C heater could not heat the room sufficiently. Luckily, there was a portable heater in the room which took a few hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Too bad they don’t invest in a renovation because its in such a great location!

明洞の街中に有り、とても便利です。宿泊代も安くきれいです。真冬、布団が少し薄く感じました。暖房も弱い気がしましたが凍えるほどではないので良しとします。 バスルーム（シャワー）の快適さや部屋の広さを求めなければ、立地もとても良いです。

下水が非常に臭く 体や荷物にも臭いが付きました。シーツは綺麗でしたがベッドは痒いです。敏感な方はダニよけスプレー等あれば良いと思います。

立地のみ最高

立地は最高ですが、部屋がとにかく寒い…冬の利用は避けた方が無難です。あと、シャワーは最大級に使いずらいです。夏場にさっと入るなら使えますが、冬場に暖まろうとするのは無理です。

여름에는 어떨지 모르겠지만 창문이 홑창으로 되어 있어서 새어들어오는 바람에 조금 춥게 잤네요. 그거 빼고는 괜찮습니다.
