初めての韓国旅行で利用させていただきましたが駅の近くでどこへ行くのも立地は良かったですが坂がきつかったです。オーナーさんは日本語が上手で韓国のことを色々おしえてくれ優しかったです。お水を自由に飲めたり、カップラーメンを作るのにお湯も用意されていて快適に過ごせましたありがとうございました！

まずホテルに着くと、扉が閉まっており張り紙にオーナーさんの電話番号とLINE IDが書いてあり、最初はホテルに入れないのかなと心配しましたが、電話をしてみるとオーナーさんの対応が優しく、丁寧で、何より日本語が流暢でした。ただ、予約ではシングルベッド2つの部屋でしたが、当日はダブルベッド1つになっており、勝手に内容が変更されていたのが少し残念でした。明洞駅からアクセスは近いですが、坂が急なので少し大変です。

簡單但溫馨的民宿

民宿老闆非常親切，感覺真的就是住進主人的家裡一樣，非常感謝老闆這幾天的照顧！這次住的雙床間，兩張單人床都滿大的，而且房間裡就單獨有一台wifi機，wifi訊號非常好。這是一次簡單但很溫馨的民宿住宿經驗。

平價住宿

在明洞1号出口，步行約十分鐘，便可到旅舍，步行十五分鐘可到明洞各大食市，超方便。旅舍有早餐，每天都更換毛巾, 可自行洗衣, 有露台，房內空調，有麵包早餐, 及雪柜供應，整體非常好! 旅舍老闆非常友善, 環境安靜清幽, 非常平價住宿, very good 讚!

☆良いところ ・明洞駅から近い！駅から出て「ほんとにこんなとこにあるの？！」と思うような 激坂を越すとある。坂はきついが駅から近いので私はロケーションに不満なし。 ・オーナーさんが日本語を話せるので、チェックインのことやその他わからないことの 連絡が気軽にできて安心。 ・部屋に日本のアダプタ？があったので変圧器などが不要。wifiもあり。 ・ウォーターサーバーがある ・タオルの交換もちゃんとある。 ★ちょっと不満だったところ ・ツインで予約したが、一人だったためかシングルルームのような 狭い部屋に宿泊することになった（・＿・｀） ・暖房器具はオンドルのみだったのですが、スーツケースを開くと ほぼ足の踏み場がないような（床が見えない）状態だったため夜は少し寒かった気がした。 値段や過ごしやすさ、対応にはとても満足していて 良い旅行ができたと思います！ありがとうございました＾＾

ที่พักสะอาด ขนาดห้องพักเล็กกว่าในรูปเยอะ ถ้าพักหลายวันไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทำความสะอาดให้ อาหารเช้ามีแค่ขนมปังปิ้งและกาแฟ ระยะทางมาเกสเฮ้าท์ไม่ไกลจากเมียงดงแต่ทางเดินไปเป็นทางลาดชัน(เดินเหนื่อยมาก) ปล.ในห้องมีแมลงตัวเล็กๆ

安かろう悪かろうなホテル

良い点 ・明洞駅から徒歩で３分ほど、破格の安さ、親切なオーナーさん、日本語可能 気になる点 ・写真ではダブルベッドですが、実際はシングルのベッドを繋げており、簡単に動くので２人で寝れば１人は真ん中の隙間に落ちて快眠できず ・滞在中、鍵をかけていたにも関わらずオーナーさんがタオルを置きに部屋に入ったようで、下着など干していたため気色が悪かった ・壁が薄いので、常識のない他客がいると夜中などにドアの開閉音で起きてしまう 韓国はもう何度も通っていて、格安宿は慣れている私ですが、正直☆２つといったところ、オーナーさんは親切で日本語も大丈夫なので、安いからと割りきれるタフな人になら大丈夫でしょう。。。

房東友善，交通便利

房東很友善，入住前一日已經問我們到達的時間，好讓他盡快安排我們入住。房東也提供了蚊怕水給我們，也免費提供洗衣服務，更幫我們晾衣服。房間雖然狹窄，但兩個人住也足夠。但早餐不要期望太高，每天大概是麵包果醬牛油等。交通也十分方便，由明洞地鐵站1號出口左轉斜路走約10分鐘直達，唯一是上斜路比較辛苦。民宿後面有南山公園，值得一去。整體住宿感覺也十分好，會再入住

As its English name reflects, this is a guesthouse at a convenient location at a cheap price. Should not expect services and conditions as comparable to a hotel as its Chinese name “明洞國際酒店” suggests.

明洞、南山タワーに近い

ハウスのオーナーさんがとにかく親切で 最初から最後まで気分よく滞在する事ができました。 写真通りの外観で 周辺は街の中にあるのに静かで 中に入ると可愛らしい雰囲気で 部屋の中は 狭いけどキャリーバックも置けるスペースもあり 洗面所も綺麗でシャワーの勢いも良く！トイレも流れ良く！狭いけどそれなりに快適 エアコンも効き良く！お値段以上の快適に過ごす事ができました。ちょっと坂がきついですが 長時間歩く距離ではないので 運動になりました。又リピートしたいと思います。

値段重視なら快適に過ごせます。

友人との旅行でしたが、夜遅くしか帰ってこないので、泊まるところにそんなにお金をかけたくなくて、ここを選びました。 ベッドは広いし、Wi-Fiは繋がるし申し分ない環境でした。ただ、沢山歩いて疲れて帰るのには、坂を登らないといけないので、大変でした。 部屋はベッドの周りに若干カビがありました。 それが気にならなければ、大丈夫だと思います。 スタッフの方も日本語が話せますし、すごく良い方でした。

Super small room. Bathroom not good at all toilet and shower in bad condition hard to take shower. Bed sheets dirty. It says breakfast but it was only one toast. They should improve much more at least for basic stuff such a comfortable shower and cleaning beds.

Cheap but doesn't worth it

Room is small and dirty. There were hair and body hair in the bed sheets. Not much ventilation in the bathroom so the room always feel very damped. The clerk at the reception was rude and wouldn't give me the A/C remote pretending it is not summer in Korea (it was 28C outside). The breakfast is subpar, only toast. There was not even enough instant coffee for everyone staying at the hotel. The walls are thin so expect to be waken up around 4am by trucks loading on the adjacent parking lot. Even the location is not great as it is a little off the nice Namsan area, which would be ok if it was not for the noise outside. So overall, the price is cheap but it doesn't even worth that much. You could get a similar experience in cheaper places. I am very disappointed by that hotel. I stayed four nights and the room wasn't cleaned even once, I had to take out the garbage myself.
