"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. "The accommodation was nice, as were the Dutch owners. The problems for me were that I was a solo traveller and also the only guest. So it was a bit lonely. Also, Tongkaina is very quiet. Lunch was not included and the only options in the village seemed to be a couple of dirt-floored warungs. The third thing was that, if you are a snorkeller, it makes more sense to stay on Bunaken, cos the Grand Luley boats take you to Bunaken anyway."

"Bungalows in direkter Strandnähe. Tauchen und Schnorcheln waren super. Hausriff war genial. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zugewandt. Alles im allem war es ein sehr guter Urlaub."
