J'entends qu'il puisse s'agir d'un hôtel économique sans véritable management, du moins nous l'avons constaté, mais il y a tout de même un minimum à assurer quand on est professionnels de l'hôtellerie. Aucune gestion de l'urgence, pas de solutions trouvées/livrés à nous-même, et la direction ne répond plus aux emails une fois la région quittée. J'espère qu'il n'y a aura pas d'imprévus à votre séjour, car ils ne savent pas le gérer, ni même...

Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. "We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit.
The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer.
