Luckily the hotel staff helped move us to a new room. It was better but loud. We ordered dinner from the restaurant in the lobby and it wasn't great. We both only finished about half of our meal. "The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety along with cooked to order eggs, very tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great with a good selection of food. There’s a shuttle service to the beach and to eat street. The laundry service is also good value. Stayed for 10 days this time and would recommend it highly for the overall vibe."
