"Staff was great and all but with planes taking off every 3-5 minutes, you won’t get much sleep. Also, as a smoker, it would have been nice to have a place to sit while having a smoke break. Other than that, i got what I paid for… Again the staff was great!"

"The hotel needs a facelift to start. I was unimpressed with the facility due to cleanliness, inside the hallway even to the restrooms. The front of house staff (assistant manager- gentleman) was RUDE! I asked for extra towels, never received them, and I spoke with the Housekeeping management. My last day of checkout, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk, who assured me that I could do a late checkout for 12 noon so that I could use the shuttle to get to the airport. "The front desk woman Monica was great, we had some sugar ants in the first room, so she changed us to another room. The conversation was helpful and she was very apologetic. The breakfast attendant Amy was also helpful!! I’m not able to eat any fake sugars, and I was worried about the yogurt that they had there as it wasn’t labeled. Amy went above and beyond to find all ingredients in the yogurt, just to make sure that I was able to eat it with no problems. This is also one of the only hotels...

"Jennifer was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and very comfortable. Especially liked the balcony. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport, as well as setting us up to keep our car there for the week for a minimal fee. Well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend"
