"I was here for a week. The best thing for me is the location. Up and coming historic neighborhood with some great restaurants. The hotel is quite nice and I see myself coming back. Funky, clever, industrial motif with personality. Comfortable bed, ac, and a good shower. The restaurant is really good. Parking is safe and convenient. You can hear your neighbors sometimes, but I was there when there were some wedding parties. Not so bad. A few more smiles from the front desk would be...

"Lots of construction happening around the hotel at the time, but fairly clean rooms and spaces, though limited facilities (no fridge in the room, basic tv, etc)"
