"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, pero no fue muy cómoda la estadía porque: 1) solo habia wifi en la recepción 2) nos toco una habitación que estaba al lado de un anfiteatro donde todas las noches habia música y shows para niños, imposible descansar hasta que eso terminara, 3) fue muy incómodo las pendientes pronunciadas que teniamos que subir cada vez que saliamos de la habitación y peor al momento de retirarnos con las valijas, 4) el desayuno no parecia italiano, muy poca variedad y...

"This hotel had a lovely lobby, and a good atmosphere at the pool area with live music entertainment on one of the nights we stayed. Only complaints are the uncomfortable bed and tiny shower. But for the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. "

Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."
