"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"We had a wonderful stay at Kombo Beach Resort! The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean just steps away was such a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks for offering to extend our checkout time when our flight got delayed. "Discriminatory, ignored me for 20mins when I arrived to checkin, I rang the bell the owner came look at me and ignored me, he helped other people that came after me. He made a comment that he is not used to local guest, he said that he is only use to white guests. "
