"The check-in process a CitizenM is super quick and I have always had a room ready no matter what time I have arrived. This is unusual in Paris! The staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, will accompany you to your room if needed, and perhaps most importantly, exhibit teamwork as it is supposed to be. Location of this is also perfect as there is a little covered passageway or gallery that takes you from Hall 1 of Gare du Nord to the hotel. This is super convenient if it is raining! There is not need to purchase breakfast at this hotel as in Paris there are options if on a budget that are available everywhere. I have stayed here 3 times. The hotel is older each time but wear seems managed and it remains a 4 star experience for we who prefer clean, simple, efficient, and upbeat."

"Stay at this hotel every year and it never fails to impress. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants were amazing with plenty of Disney characters visiting. The location being on the park entrance is extremely convenient."

"Great and solid option for your Disney trip. Disneyland is a one stop way using the subway. Rooms are clean and with a decent space. Breakfast was included and was good. Definitely recommended if you are planning to visit Disney. From this hotel to central Paris is about a one hour using the subway, it is very well connected. "

"We had a lovely nights stay before moving on to Disneyland. We used the hotel as a base to venture into the Paris City centre. Having access to the train station very close by made this so easy to do. The shopping centre and restaurants around the hotel were a great surprise and were good value. The room was modern and clean and and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend an stay again"
