"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"Ficamos no quarto família com varanda. Achamos muito bom o quarto para um casal e uma criança. Chuveiro excelente, no banheiro tem toalheiro térmico, o que faz muita diferença em Ubatuba. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. Com muitas opções de frutas, pães e bolos, além de tapiocas feitas na hora. Tudo muito saboroso. Tem parquinho para as crianças. "I loved my stayed in this property. It is very beautiful, calm and the breakfast is very good. The staff from the kitchen are amazing!! My only complain about this property is the WiFi that never worked inside of our room and we ended up having to work outside by the pool. Everything else was great though. "

"Great stay in this lovely Hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and some of them at the reception area speak English. The room was clean and quite big. It’s location to the historic center is great if you don’t have a car. Tour agencies, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. As well as several beaches. Breakfast was really good and at my departure day I could stay at their terrace/pool area after check out. I can highlighly recommend this hotel. "
