"Clean property and nice breakfast."

"When we got to our room, we noticed that there were no towels, the bed was not made, and there was partially eaten food on the counter. The person at the front desk said that all the rooms that were supposedly cleaned by a particular staff person were not cleaned. He also said the other cleaning staff did not show so he did not have another room available. He apologized and was very helpful in getting a refund. We eventually got a room at another hotel."

"The room was just ok. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the tub was clogged. We called the front desk to see if they could unclog the drain. They ended up putting us in a different room. And that tub was worse. So we didn’t shower and ended up going to a truck stop the next morning to clean up before continuing on our road trip 😞"

"I heard there was a recent fire in the property and many of the amenities were affected, but this was not made know at time of booking. When checking in a asked if the continental breakfast was affected and was told by staff that it was fine and based on website photos, I was looking forward to waffles. At breakfast time, Poorly stocked table and minimal warm food. Beds were comfortable but linens were stained and mold along the shower grout. Over priced for the state of the property and current lack of facilities and amenities."
